We offer 2 types of consultations:
- Online Initial Consultation – (more info – £320) or Face to Face initial consultation (more info – £350)
- Online Follow-up Consultation – (more info – £160) or Face to Face Follow-up Consultation (more info – £180)

Online Initial Consultation
Cost: £320 (excluding blood and other tests)
Duration: 45 minutes
What can I expect?
This is a comprehensive consultation with one of our expert doctors, covering your medical history, symptoms and a discussion of how BHRT may help you restore your hormone health.
*Please note that if you do not see your doctor for more than 2 years, you will be treated as a new patient and will need to book a new Patient Initial Consultation (£320).
- Payment: We require payment at the time of booking to secure your consultation.
- Diagnostic tests: You may be asked to complete a blood test before your consultation. You will be advised of any further testing which may be required during your consultation. These are charged post consultation – see prices.
- Cancellation policy: Please note we have a 2 working day cancellation policy.
Online Follow-up Consultation
Cost: £160 (excluding your prescription and tests)
Duration: Up to 20 minutes
What can I expect?
For new patients that have had an Initial Appointment, our New Patient Follow-up Appointment provides you with the opportunity to review and discuss your blood test results with your doctor. Your doctor will advise you of any medication needed to address any issues identified by your tests and symptoms and may write you a personalised prescription if required. This is a comprehensive in-person consultation at one of two locations with one of our expert doctors, covering your medical history, symptoms and a discussion of how BHRT may help you restore your hormone health.

Face to Face Follow-up Consultation
Cost: £180 (excluding your prescription and tests)
Duration: Up to 20 minutes

Medication Costs
Medication costs are not included in the above prices and come with an extra fee. This varies from patient to patient as each prescription is made up individually and has different ingredients and dosages. As a ballpark figure, the cost of hormone replacement treatments range from £80 to £200 and lasts for about 2-6 months (depending on the dosage prescribed).
Diagnostic tests
As part of your treatment at the clinic, your doctor may require a number of tests. These enable them to gain a full picture of your health and hormones, and the results will influence your personalised treatment plan and prescription. Please note that tests are charged separately to your appointment.
Blood tests

You will also be able to book a blood draw from a variety of clinics across the UK after you have ordered your kit. You can find more details of the available locations of blood tests here. The cost of the service is included in the price of your blood test.
Other tests
Your doctor may also advise other tests, such as a mammogram, depending on your symptoms and test results. We work with a number of trusted partners who are able to provide these tests and you will be advised of these when necessary.

Repeat Prescription Service
Cost: £40
What can I expect?
This service is for existing Marion Gluck Clinic patients who have seen a Marion Gluck Clinic doctor in the last 12 months and do not wish to change your current treatment plan. You will be required to answer a few questions based on your current treatment plan. A Marion Gluck Clinic clinician will then review your responses and assess your eligibility for a prescription refill.
Payment will be taken at the end of the questionnaire and only if you are eligible for the assessment. A Marion Gluck Clinic clinician will then review your answers and assess whether you are eligible for a prescription refill. If you are not eligible, you will be issued a refund. If you are eligible, you will receive a notification that a prescription has been written for you and you will be able to order your treatment from Specialist Pharmacy.
Medical Insurance
Will my private medical insurance cover my treatment?
As we do not work with with insurance companies, you will need to check with your insurer to determine your level of cover. The Marion Gluck Clinic is registered as a General Practice rather than a Consultant Specialist. Please note that if you are covered by your insurance, you would need to pay the Marion Gluck Clinic in full and claim this amount from your health insurer.
Other charges and services
During your treatment programme, there may be times you require information or contact with the clinic.
- Patient record requests are free of charge but please allow 30 days from written request for these to be processed.

Please note the Marion Gluck Clinic does not accept cash, cheques or bank transfers. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX.
